Graduate Community Development Programme

Connecting Graduates with Communities

We mobilize graduates—particularly education graduates—to mentor secondary school learners in their own communities. This initiative creates a powerful cycle of growth: graduates gain practical experience while contributing to improved learner performance through academic and life skills mentorship.

Our Solution

By connecting graduates with learners in their home communities, we address both challenges simultaneously while strengthening community ties and fostering a culture of giving back.

The Challenge

Youth unemployment and educational underperformance affect many South African communities. Meanwhile, recent graduates struggle to find practical experience opportunities.
